I have the same issue with my 2004 545i. Try putting your tranny in sports mode and select either 2nd or 3rd gear and leave it in that gear when you come to a stop to see if it happens. I noticed that in mine several weeks ago and will be bringing it back while i'm still in warranty.

The 25-second tranny reset didn't help this for me. I'm not sure it did anything for my car.
