My Ride: Mini Cooper
before I installed the sprint booster I have to push the pedel to the floor to get the kickdown but now no need full time kickdown now only 40% of the pedel is down now before it pushs the car.

If you are talking about C&D.... then they do their tests with the car in its highest gear. If it is an auto, then they let it do whatever they want. But if they are testing a manual, then they stick it in its highest gear and do their 30-50 and 50-70 tests.
Often BMW sends them a manual when the competition (e.g. M
is only available in an auto - in this case the 30-50 and 50-70 tests look terrible for BMW. But when comparing autos to autos the BMW always does very well.
