does anyone know how to reach the service survey people or bmwna to report complaints about recent service performed at a dealer that I had a problem with?

They [survey folks] always call me after the service has been performed.

If you were the owner of a business, would you want your customers to come to you or to go the the corporate office? How would you handle a customer who by-passed you and went to corporate??? Think about it.

+1 definitely try and work it out with the service manager first. if he fails to help you, go corp.

Well considering bmw service usually does the survey, I just happened to not hear from them this past time or atleast yet and wanted to give my results of a bad experience. I would not say that is going over anyones head since they usually call us to request this information dont they?

I have heard dealers do not like to get 1's across the board do they

As far as I know they are doing a new type of survey. The survey comes from the dealer and also goes to BMWNA.
