I figured you guys would know this. I recently sent in my new car info for the BMWCCA Rewards Program to the following address:

which is stated on the pdf form. It was returned to sender (me). Postage was fine.
Is this the correct address??
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, vern. I e-mailed BMWCCA to verify the address, just to be sure. I guess that I'll send it again, with an extra stamp. Very strange- I thought it was a conspiracy to thwart my attempts to get my refund

Just a guess, but did you address it to BMW CCA or BMW of North America? BMW NA is the entity that issues the check. I'd be surprised if that mattered either way though. Also, BMW CCA suggested that I send my last request via certified mail/return receipt requested. That is a good idea, since there is a deadline for submitting it to BMW NA, and you may want proof later. Good luck - I love this benefit!

Thanks- I sent it to BMW NA. Sending it by certified mail is a great idea, especially in view of what happened! Thanks for the tip...
