My Ride: 05 545i, Silver Grey Met, Black Leather, popular wood, premium package, cold weather package, sport package, nav, shades, 50% tint entire car, Proline Styling clear bra...e60 M5 on order production date in Jan 06.

Since I purchased my 2005 545 I have had nothing but problems. The transmission constantly shudders, and the rpms will tac out and then drop all the way to 1000 losing power completely, and I have had other problems including my nav breaking!! Im tired of it...its a $66K dollar car!!! Does anyone have any familiarity of any kind of trade assist program BMW offers for lemon cars????
