bmw sticker fell off key FOB, how to recode (settings) other key?

My Ride: E90 330i + E60 550i
Anyone know how to put the settings from Key 1 onto Key 2? Do i have to sit in the car and reset everything the way I like it in order for Key 2 to take on the Key 1 settings?
