Just spoke to BMW N.A. and BMW of Manhattan.
BMW of Manhattan told me, to bring my car in they will run the VIN for me and if my vehicle was part of the recall they will take care of everything free of charge.
Will probably take in in Saturday monring if not then the following weekend.

But it only happend once and after restart got reset itself and never came back so far... Do you guys think it is related to this same issue?

i got the passenger airbag seatbelt warning a couple of months ago, took it in and got it repaired.
last week i got a general airbag seatbelt warning while driving and called in to BMW immediately to setup another service appoitment. when i restarted the car the warning "went away" but im still taking it in.
the service appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. lets see what they say now.

I'm sorry to resurrect the old thread, but has anybody yet to receive the recall letter?
I haven't had the problem yet though.
