Have you talked with your dealer about it.. The more I think about it the more I want it... I'm so yelous at andy that he has it aaaaaarrrgghhh..

I think your right on the 620 option... don't forget you still have the "voice button"
on the steering wheel...so must be a software thing. Since you have the communications ie. microphone and telephone - should be possible.

Andreas - talked to the dealer today but voice recognition is not an option in Holland for the 2005 model so it cannot be retrofitted. He even called with the importer to check it and they also told the same. Can it be that you bought a Greek or English spec car???

The BMW car and option list I used is for Diplo/Int. Organization use. I checked the
Dutch brochure and price list - and I couldn't find option 620 Voice Rec..!
- but on the final printout for production purposes, written in Dutch, specifications for
country of destination is: The Netherlands...
I find it strange that in some
countries it's available and others not...
