well i live in india so had to pay double the amount u guys paid.i really cant afford such a vehicle in my country at this age.my dad gave me half the amount and for the other half i had to save 2 years salary.u guys are so lucky cause dont have to pay 103% import duty.in the us the awesome m5 costs lesser than my 530d.WTF.one of my uncles bought an m5 for the price of a royce phantom.lol damn
.anyways i am planning on shifting to us in like 5 -6 years.hope i ll buy the next generation m5 or m6

If you want a better picture of the 7er, you should ask on a 7er board. This board is obviously biased to the 5er.

Maybe you are teaching at a university in an area that does not pay well. Or, in general, maybe you are in a low paying area.

do not take it wrong you know I had the same thought before buying the e60, that for the full e60 can buy also a 7, but nah two different car and life styles...
