BMW Assist: working, but some options not available...

My BMW Assist account is now up and running.
If I choose 'Menu / Communication Interface / BMW Service Settings / Service Status'
this takes me to the following list of features:
- Options
- SOS Call
- BMW Mobile Service
- Service Notification
- Information Plus
However, only 'Options' is available - the other items are greyed out and can't be selected.
Does anybody know why?
