AAA offers more than roadside assistance.? I travel a lot and the AAA rate at hotels more than pays for the annual dues

Never renewed it. The only time I ever used it, they sent the police and tow trucks almost 200 miles from my location. 'Course my NAV program as well as my computer was down at the time. Too bad they did not listen to the directions I gave them. I made out on my own without BMW Assist assistance.

My dealer never explained what it was, I never Knew I had it, I still do not know what it does, I never used it, I lived without it, I declined renewal.
If BMW did a better job of selling the feature, maybe it would be different, but simply trying to renew a service I did not know I had? No way.
