I have a single CD changer in my 2005 525i. Wondering if there is any way to find out if BMW/ALPINE 6 CD Changer (below part# and serial#) will fit in my car?

I got the list of options I have in my E60. Currently I have a single CD but I found below in the list. Wondering if I can play DVD or can have
6 cd changer in my car. I don't have navigation though.
