Default BMW 550i 2007 tuned

Hey guys, I'm about to purchase this 07 550i bimmer with the m package but it might have a slight problem, I would like to see if I can get some help on this. I believe it has a stage 2 tune, making over 400hp . It has an SMG transmission and over 113k miles. The car has a clean title, I saw the car fax and it's good. I drove the car and there's a few things: When you let go off the brake, the car does not move at all, you need to push on the accelerator, brakes are not jammed or something and rotors are new. When you accelerate or press on the throttle, I can't really describe but you feel something similar to a hard pull. This happens when you either press on the accelerator or when you stop accelerating and then it does the hard pull like 1 or 2 secs after. I believe is the transmission but is that normal on a modded car or is just the transmission that is bad or something? Thank you

Yeah, especially if the seller is selling it for an unbelievably low asking price.

When letting go of the brake, I believe it's normal for SMG not to move forward. SMG is basically a manual transmission that has an mechanism that shifts gears for you. When you press on the gas, the SMG does the equivalent of releasing the clutch. Not saying that there is nothing wrong with the SMG in that car, but do know that it's not a traditional automatic. BTW, there is a shop in CA that converts SMG E60's to a fully manual. Forgot the name of the place, but you can do a search.
