Bmw 545i 2004 Cranks, No Start Please Help.

Were you able to get the software and realign the EWS? Was the issue resolved?

Hey guys I sent it in have them program it because I coulnt download it files got all mixed up. It was the dme to ews sync. Sadly tho I got a leak from the weep hole pray for. btw what would happen if I just plug it in.

Ive never heard anyone plugging the hole up. I would imagine the same thing would happen if it was not plugged (eventually fail). It is not hard to change if you get a replacement.

I think on the n62 engines you have to take out the top of the engine off.

When I hear weep hole on a 545 I think of two things: the coolant tube and the water pump. The coolant transfer tube is a bear. The water pump is easy. If any weep hole is weeping, it is a sign you need to do fix it.

Hey man. Most of the cars these days are equipped with emergency fuel shutoff switch. When a car gets into accident that switch pops out and shuts off fuel going out of the tank. And to start the car again you have to manually turn on the switch. You might have the same problem.

Ohh car starts i just have to fix the coolant fix. Car thought it was getting stolen so it locked down.
