BMW 525I Whistling noise while stopped

So decided to get all parts that needed to be replaced, Gasket Cover (the rubber plastic) Crankcase valve, 4 hoses. BMW charged me $260 w tax for all Parts, and as Follows:
1. Gasket cover with all Rubber seal Part No 11120030496 and 11121437395 (16x) $46.80 and $16.20
2.Pressure regulator (Crankcase) Part No. 11617501566 $62.35
3. Vent Hose 11157532649 $22.12
4. Vent Pipe 11611432559 $26.53
5. Return pipe 11617504536 $30.22
6. Connecting Pipe 11617504535 $38.82
My increased emmission light came on this morning followed by the Service engine soon light. I was wondering about this prior to solving what was needed to be replaced as I new that the service light would eventually pop up due to the leaked or cracked hose. However, Im not too sure if this also triggered the increased emmission light. Will have this scanned with my mechanic this afternoon. I will keep you all posted.
