My Ride: 2007 530i 2010 X5

It looks like my mic is going bad. The person on the other side is picking up background noise and my voice is muffled and hard to hear. Anyone experience something similar? Any suggestion on how to fix???

I usually get that when the sunroof cover is open. Have to keep it closed when talking. Try re-syncing.

You can try putting a nice thick cloth between the mic and the hood. This has been known to help a few.
