I am not upset with the forum -- I am upset with some of its members. There is a material difference between the two.

I'm not talking about post count, I'm talking about overall traffic. There may be 5 new threads a day on busy days.

This post is a double negative, you're saying post count does matter.

LOL. It's hard not to laugh at this post really.

Obviously people are going to post what they are concerned about, what's hard to understand about that?

Sure repetitive posts can be boring, and people SHOULD search, but we aren't here to entertain you.

If you feel that there's a community more fitting for you, by all means. Don't think anyone is stopping you from participating in another group.

Just find it funny to have a post complaining about other people's post is all. Hah.

In this world, there are people who just help you fix a problem with a sentence or two. And there are people who write about book about your problem and never helped. lol

Confucius says: I choose to help and not make a big deal about it. ;-)

Overall i think this is a great site. I have learned a tremendous amount here and appreciate the input from the members that give out great information and know how like its going out of style. Regaurdless as repetitious as it some times gets on some topics. What this site is all about ,, is sharing information and expertise helping each other out ...

Information is wealth. There is lot of information in this forum.Yes, some are repeated quite a few times. But I normally search first and only start a new thread if I don't find any thing that I was looking for.
I don't actually mind the topics being repeated over and over again.

Off topic - BTW Gatriel - What wax works the best

I basically just joined to figure out what problems lie ahead and some suggestions when I do have a problem. I don't care about mods to my car. But when it was time to do suspension work, I chose Bilstein B8's based off my reading here. When I replaced my brake pads, I chose ceramic pads so that I wouldn't have to deal with all of the dust from the OEM's.

Now, I am patiently waiting for my water pump to fail (at least I expect it). Sometimes I read the threads on the mods, but I would rather spend my money ensuring that the car is well maintained. But if you have the disposable income, some of the mods look great.

I might tint my windows one day or maybe update the CiC to include navigation and satellite radio, but I am fine otherwise.

I probably only visit a couple of times a month...

I actually enjoy this forum and members have been very helpful. Searching is fine, you just have to dig deep or just google it and often times this forum and I think bimmer fest comes up.

I'd like to see more traffic but what can you do
