Click noise is from the starter solenoid. Humming noise is from the fuel pump.
Given that you've installed new battery, starter solenoid seems to be engaging, and fuel pump seems to run (fuel pressure is not a concern just for the starter to engage, so let's not worry about fuel pressure at this time), I'd say the starter is dead.

Search the forum, you will find couple of threads on starter replacement.

As troublesome and frustrating as this is, I am at least thankful for having this forum full of awesome members that are willing to respond and help. Much appreciated!!

My next questions is is there anyway to test the started or read a fault code that will for sure tell me... Thats my issue???

The starter is buried under the intake manifold and is quite the job. I want to make sure that is the issue before I dive in.

What kind of sings does the car give if the immobilizer is activated and my key isn't working for some reason? Does anything pop on the dash I need to look for?

can you get access to the starter? verify if the wires are bolted good and have voltage there?
sometimes you can get a stubborn starter going by tapping on it. use some socket extensions and a hammer and tap it.
