Still no start with old battery back in. It won't start with IBS connected or disconnected.

Read out from second battery test after charge:

Voltage: 12.81V
Measured: 931CCA
Temp: 71F

There is also a really long humming maybe 5 to 10 seconds long when I try to start. After a few seconds the Foot Pedal Start Icon pops up. Could the key have un-programmed itself and maybe that is the cause?

Slight edit on the year of the battery.. I saw a 06 somewhere on there and thought it was original... Its MFD Stamp Date is May 2010...

If the battery has 12 volts is enough to crank the starter .
If it was me I would get a light tester and check the solenoid wire , and see if it's getting power from the ignition,, if that checks out good Then run straight power to the solenoid and see if it turns the engine .

but you'd still get some noise from the starter, or clicks at least.

Get some power to the starter and see if it works

Take the battery out of the car, take it to an auto parts store and have them LOAD TEST the battery. That will tell the health of the battery.
