I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you either didn't read my post properly or we have a language problem. In the UK, whichever E60 you buy today, you will get PDC front and rear as standard. Hopefully that clears it up for you.
As to your first question, I have just ordered an E60, which is how I know what comes as standard.
