Hi from 2020, it sucks here
My, oh my. Just reading these exchanges between E60 enthusiasts from over a decade ago makes me feel so nostalgic, yearning for a simpler time. What I wouldn’t give to go back to 2009. It really was a kinder, simpler, less divisive time.
Now, those who have survived this far, we have reached what will live in infamy as the worst f*cking year ever. EVER. By a LARGE margin.
- The west coast is completely ablaze, even the sky is ablaze.
- Donald Trump is President - no, I’m not joking. *starts crying hysterically* NO I’m not F*CKING joking!!!! He’s destroying this country!!!
- A deadly worldwide pandemic has killed over 200k Americans - the WORST in the world
- Taco Bell got rid of the Mexican pizza.
- everyone in Hollywood is a sex offender basically
- the president is locking Immigrant children in cages (yes, it’s a concentration camp but we don’t say that out loud)
- The BMW 3 & 5 Series don’t even come with a manual transmission anymore
- police keep murdering unarmed black people
- murder hornets are a thing
- super gonorrhea is a thing
- there’s so much more. And this is all just in 2020.
If you can get my time traveling message attempt, 2009, please, PLEASE: run away before 2019. Mexico is actually a wonderful place to live. Better get out early because OH YEAH, MEXICO SHUT THEIR BORDER TO US! Not just Mexico, EVERY COUNTRY. WE ARE BARRED ENTRY EVERYWHERE BUT RUSSIA. IF THAT DOESNT GIVE YOU A THOUSAND RED FLAGS, Bruh, because it should.
on a side note: I have a 2009 550i M Sport SAT with LSD with only 67k miles and she’s still running like a champ 💜 *knockonwood*
