Best used car warranty

Whats the best used car warranty i can get for my car? I want something that will cover everything lile the electical, engine and transmission. I was thinking AAA. But what do you guys think is the best? What experience have you had cause I heard there is lots of scams out there. Im on california and I have a 2005 545i with about 80k miles. Thanks
