This has been discussed tons of times. Do a search and you will have many options to choose from.

I've never had much luck searching this site because it includes signatures which normally gives you a bunch of useless search results. However, I did get a lot of results searching "slotted rotors" on this one. I'm also curious about peoples opinions on this topic. Everyone says you give up performance over solid rotors, but they do look great. Is it worth it? Is the performance degradation for street use that noticeable?

I would say upgrade to slotted, not drilled. Some good pads, you'll be fine.

I don't have a link or specific deal to point you to, but Bavarian Auto does discounts/deals on brake sets all the time.

For street use you dont need drilled or slotted, if you plan on tracking your car you may want that. Most people buy them for the look and slotted rotors wear your brakes down faster.

i tried 5-6 aftermarket sets, noone even close to OM brakes
i study one thing about BMW brakes , - keep it OE so you can stop your car is it should
the rest is compromise ...
