Finally found a place in Houston to roll my rear fenders, and they did awsome work! Oscar is a pro, he rolled the fenders and it turned out better than I expected it would. The place is Sal's Auto Sport 713-462-8500, tell them Josh in the black bimmer sent you.

Might also try Richey Collision. I don't know for a fact that they do it, but I know they do a lot of really good custom work. I've seen the guy who I believe is the owner at Coffee and Cars a few times. Drives a Punisher themed C6. C&C the first Saturday of the month in Vintage Park on 1960, so it'll be happening this weekend. Lots of nice rides and even a few BMW's. Even if he's not there, I'm sure there are plenty of guys there who could point you in the right direction.
