My Ride: Current - MY2008 530i comfort access,active steering, HUD, prof nav/TV, bluetootth etc .....
Old - 2006 530i comfort access, active steering, HUD, NAV/TV, Bluetooth
I've had intermittent battery problems also, to the point, inter alia, I could not leave the radio on for more than 15 mins with the engine off, without getting the battery symbol splash up. Last week the problem was found and fixed - the earth cable from the battery was not secured properly. BMW replaced the battery and the cable. Problem is now gone.

My Ride: 2005 530i Individual, DVD Package, HUD, Bluetooth, Comfort Seats, SR, etc
well Battery is being replaced , turns out a cell was bad from the factory of the battery, being replaced free of charge, battery came today, being installed this afternoon. But I am still going to check all the connecting wires and earth connections and check each fuse for battery drain. Thanks .
