hi
My wife and I are expecting. We are also in the process of ordering either a 535d or 540i. Would the sport package with 18" M166(likely come with RE010) be too stiff for a baby car? Would the bad ride affect my offspring's brain development? How about 19" M6 wheels? Should I just stick to non-sport suspension and 17" wheels?

Hi and welcome
Go for the sport with 18" if you like a balanced ride (non RFTs)

Congrats on the new arrival. I'd get the sport package and 19's with non-runflats Also, consider a baby carrier/car seat with lots of padding...and you can add 1" form padding between the carrier and the seat for that extra soft ride...you won't have any issues breaking the egg yokes!!!!!!
