AWD malfunction message on idrive

My Ride: 2008 BMW 535XI white
Model Year: 2008
everytime when i drive on highway about 30+ minutes, "AWD mulfunction" will show up, but if i stop the car and restart it, everything is ok, but then after like 20 minutes, it will show up again, but never happen if i drive local
any one has same problem? any ideas?

My Ride: 2007 525xi, 6 spd MT, Tiefgruen, Nav, Traffic, Comfort Access, Sat Radio, iPodPremium/Cold WX Pkgs
I had my car in for this exact problem last week. I took a photo of the IDrive warning and the instrument cluster warning with my iPhone and gave them copies. They replaced the transfer case actuator under warranty and performed some calibration, The part was 27-10-7-546-71 Set Positioning Motor. They found Fault#52D4.
