Auxiliary fan @ high level

Hi Members ,,
I drop my car to a workshop to check my AC,,, they just increased its gas Freon,, then my car auxiliary fan starts to blow at high level ( unlike before ) car tempreture was normal, it was around 85C, i have change the sensor but nothing change, still runing fast even when AC is off.
I dont know if high pressure psi of freon has to do with the fan speed ?
any idea please,,
