Hey!
I have an 525D imported from Germany. There (as far as I know) driving lights are not mandatory during daylight. Here in Norway however it is mandatory. So far the automatic driving lights has been excellent for this, but lately the lights do not come on at all on the automatic setting. How is this automatic setting actually working in countries where driving lights during daytime is not mandatory? are these light-sensitive, such as they will ignite when it gets dark enough? Is this why they do not ignite now since the days are getting brighter due to spring time etc?
Some tips would be highly appreciated
Thanks!

hello,
yes the automatic lights are light-sensitive, dont work during the day (when you turn the switch to the left correct?).
there should already be daytime running lights on the car (just the one ring) and you can turn the switch to
the right and put the angel eyes on or even further right.

Then I understand the behaviour of the lights.
