My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

As for the fuel, your car is actually consuming less fuel with the A/C on than when you drive it with the windows open and A/C off. It's all about aerodynamics. Also, I doubt that your interior would be more quiet with the windows open.

Hi All

Sorry , but I don't understand the "huss" on this topic/matter , it's a simple Car/Key Memory issue , get the function deletet next time you are at a BMW dealership , any service oriented BMW dealership will do this for free .

perhaps in the UK you can do that, not sure if that can be done here in US....
