I had them when I had M5 mirrors, but that wasn't factory installed. 
I believe its the Premium package for 2008+ LCI E60's. Which model and year is yours? It might be a pain to do. Your mirrors might not have the folding module. Unless they all come with it. I'm not sure.

I have folding mirrors in my 2008 E60.
I wouldn't really call them "Auto" folding as I have to push a button to make them fold. I asked the dealer to program them to fold when I put the car in park but they said it was not possible. So I pretty much never fold them.
