Hey guys,
The other day I noticed that it seems like my driver side rear view mirror seems to be stuck half way on dim? It has a yellowish brown tinge to it and looks dimmed a bit compared to the passenger side one. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a possible quick fix?

driver's side rear view mirror? wha?
there's only one rear view mirror dead center.
are you referring to the lighted vanity mirrors on the visors?

Same problem on my 2005 E61.
passenger door mirror is always half dimmed, been like it for nearly two years.
I can live with it, not worth the expense of changing.

Yeah I wasn't intending on getting it fixed, but was wondering if there was something that I could do without replacing it, I guess not.
