Is ARS and stardard option for '05 545i with sport package?

Can any one with 2005 545i with sport package confirm whether our car comes with ARS? I want to install the H&R sway bars but was told they cannot be used with car that equipped with ARS.

I have an 2005 and it has it but I think asof 05 that options got separated.

My Ride: 2005 545i with everything
I have an 05 545i with sport package and yes it includes dynamic suspension/active roll. I can see no reason why you would want to tamper with this suspension as it is vastly superior to any aftermarket stuff you will tack on.
