Appointment this week for my front end noise

I have an appointment this Thursday for my 05 545I. I have had increasing front end noise. I have read many of the posts regarding the Dunlap Runflats which I have. I also printed out the Service Notice on them. Is there anything else I should know before speaking with the service dept. I am also thinking of ordering the M-Tech aero package while I am there. They quoted me 1300 parts and 800 for the paint and install. Anyone know how long it takes to come in?

Standard pricing for new E60s with the M Kit installed at the VPC is $3,250.
