P.S. just so that we're clear... I ALWAYS wear my seatblet and love the seatbelt chime... I want to know when its not working or not clicked in properly... I dont even start the car without my seatbelt...

Mine actually goes away after a minute or so...I tried after I first got the car last year and it never shut off. Since then I have had the CIP upgraded and, sure enough the chime goes off for good after about 1.5 minutes...
