anyone having problems with boost leak or the wastegate

Hello everyone!
I was wondering has anyone had their check engine light come on which says reduce speed? I've also read this on another post but most have reported that after the reduce speed the car starts to run like crap and then shuts off! I don't want that to happen if my daughter is in the car heck I don't want it to happen at all!
its funny because its like the 30th time reduce speed has come up! but I've taken it back 4 times now and still same! they said boost leak! but they have changed the hoses all 4 times and still boost leak! wtf
I do not think its the hose I thnk its the wastegate!
anyone have these problems? any idea what's going on and if you have the same problem how did your dealer fix it?
