Anyone having problem with car being muted?

Hi,
Does anyone have problem with car being muted since start? That happens to me on every start and only way of getting rid of mute is to reboot idrive.
And even if I manage to get mute off Nav voice is gone.

My Ride: 545i white
Yeah this has happened to me a few times. I had to do the same to fix it. I actually had the software updated a while back , but it has done the same with the new software , so I think it maybe time to update again. Good Luck
