Nice one - you've got a good spec there with a few more toys than me - I couldn't stretch any further (see my spec in blue below). Am looking forward to seeing your pics and hearing your first hand comments on what the engine is like - although I guess it will need running in carefully first before trying the performance. As long as it has similar characteristics as the 530d engine i.e similar sound, refinement etc. I will be happy.

I still have 1.5 weeks to go. I'm told there is a possibility of mine being ready by Friday 20th, but more realistically it will be Monday 23rd! It's down as in transportation at the moment. Oh well - can't wait now!

 

I hoped for an earlier delivery but apparently there are backlogs with the car transport companies, i guess credit is due given they have hit my 14th April original date.

Run in for me will be 2/3 weeks as i average around 450 motorway miles per week... nice way to run the beastie in whilst i enjoy the toys.

I can confidently say i'll be posting images late saturday afternoon, i'll be trying to capture as much detail as i can to hopefully pass on to others awaiting their new e60's

This is my first ever 'new car' ... cant believe collection is just around the corner

 

My beastie arrived... sadly due to broadband connection being shot I'm presently loading photoshop onto my laptop and hoping to upload images real soon via my vodafone 3g connection.
