A friend of mine successfully grinded down the interior part of the wheel that hooks up with the rotor/lugs by 3mm. This solved my scraping issue and the car rides and handles beautifully now.

I want to see pictures where the scraping was.

I didn't take pictures but the tires were scraping up against the lip of the fenders in the rear when I would hit a bump, or if I had people riding in the back of the car. I believe the offset was +20mm

So you had the offset changed by milling the mounting pad?

When I first put my wheels on they offered me to mill the wheels to decrease offset so I didn't rub - I refused, much easier (and cheaper) to roll the fenders to get the clearance I needed

What's the offset you're running now? I love the deep dish look of the wheels in the back. My brother has a Porsche GT2 with 13.5" diameter wheels in the rear and the lip on my wheels are still deeper than on his porsche. Now if I could only have as much power as he has in that beast.

I run M6 ofsets, so about +17 in the rear, flush enough for me. My wheels have a 4.5" lip, that I love

Same here! Mine were +20mm when I got them, but had them grinded down -3mm to +17. The lip on mine are the same as yours and I'm loving it too!

HAHAHA, the way I see it: There are not a lot of cars out there that can have a nice deep lip on em, so since ours can - why not get the deepest lip you can find?
