Only at 61k miles on my '08 535i with no issues other than a water pump that broke @51k.
E90 335i is currently at 78k with the only issue being a headlight control module or something else headlight related.
Already replaced the bulb and it still doesn't work so I'm guessing the control module broke and fried the bulb with it. Damn electrical stuff - I hate these kinds of DIY's.

05 545i. 95K
so far vacuum pump, both VC gaskets, both upper TC gaskets, thermostat, valley pan (twice already) with intake gaskets, radiator, transmission pan/sleeve, control arms, active steering front sway bars.......so basically a lot of money went into her. Now I see right VC gasket leaking again...and some oil traces below the alternator (gosh!!!)
still in love with the car!! BMW should love me. Local indys love me.

valve cover gasket is about $80 (gasket) if you do it yourself. Is not hard at all....check the DOY section. I`m sure you`ll find it there.

165 000 km --------------- smg transmission died

08 520d touring
231000km (140k miles)

I've been driving this amazing car for 120000km now in 3 years, though not trouble free. Wouldn't trade it for anything else (yet) though

- 6hp21 tranny died at 110k km
- EGR wiring problem and rusty trunk lid fixed under warranty
- new steering rack, oil sump and oil level sensor gaskets
- led taillight and hid's died
- front control arms replaced
- thermostat replaced

fearing the timing chain massacre now, though no sign of any troubles there yet.
