Damm! Summer In dubai? Thats too much for me. Im from Muscat, Oman ( 3h away) and just recently moved to Canada. I was in Dubai a couple months ago to revisit and fogot how hot it really gets. Hope you have an awsome time, nd stay away from the Ghahbas walking around. Don't want you catching something.

 

I always wondered if there was a catch to living in Dubai, with the abundance of Veyrons and other supercars as well as people just in general being very wealthy. So I looked it up a while back, and turns out applying for citizenship there is based upon what you contribute to the wellbeing of the economy and such. Meaning, even doctors and high up businessmen would have a tough time making a case to stay there, and it makes sense. A beautiful place like that can quickly go to shits if the wrong people get in, especially permanently.

In addition to that, it seems that there is still a strict Islamic law there, despite the globalization that's going on in Dubai, which now reassures me that the US is still the best place to be. Not that I was planning on jumping ship there or anything.

 

UAE is like arabic disney land.
