Any major issues with the 05' 525 or 530i?

Looking to buy my first BMW. Any major issues with the 05' 525 or 530i? I'm talking big money issues or unreliablility issues. Thinking of getting one with about 70k miles to keep price low. I do about 20k a year. Should I be concerned?

owned a 06 530i for 2 years and only problem i had was the electric water pump and thermostat.. Other then that everything was solid

knock on wood I think BMW's I-6 engines from 06 and under were the best ever made. I know a guy who put an ESS Supercharger on his 2002 E39 I-6 at 125,000 miles and now has 165,000 miles and the thing just never quits (same engine as mine and the one you are considering M54).
