Default Another window issue

Hi everyone, last week my passenger side window started giving me an issue. I tried to put the window down one day and the window barely moved and then the window anti-trap light came on. I have been having this same problem ever since. I have done the reset/calibration/intialization process a few times and nothing worked. The window moves about an inch or so and then stops, I can get it to go all the way down and all the way up, but have to press the button several times since it keeps stopping. I read another forum and the guy replaced the regulator motor and it fixed the problem, does this sound like the issue?

I also have some pretty bad dashboard/A pillar rattle if anyone has any suggestion on what to do about it. I have read forums of other people complaining about it, but not what they did to fix it. It rattles when I go over small bumps.

Thanks for the help!

Sounds rather annoying.. but either the mechanism is all messed up, or the motor itself is bad. The anti trap senses too much resistance. Taking apart the door is... time consuming since it's mega over built. I believe the entire assembly wasn't horribly expensive like $150 ? Certainly all this depends on how much skill you have on your own, patience, and.. time. If I had a lot of time, I'd just take it apart and look. If I didn't, I would go ahead and just get that whole assembly and go with it once and done. Hard to imagine any other problem.

If the relearn did not work the replace the assembly.

The rattle you have, are you sure it's not coming from the sunroof

Got it thanks guys, I guess I'll just replace it.

I'm sure it's not the sunroof making the noise. Sunroof only makes noise when it goes back into close position sounds like it just needs a little bit of lube. The noise is definitely coming from the dashboard area or the A pillars. The liner is also falling off the pillars not sure if that causes anything.

Hey everyone I haven't replaced anything yet since I haven't had any time. I did check the code with carly though. The code comes up as 0093AF hall sensor defective window passenger door. Could this mean that is the hall sensor and not the window motor?

If that's the code you're getting then that's your issue. Does the window go up and down? If so the motor works and look and the sensor since that's what the code of for
