Hey guys, so i've been getting a Transmission Malfunction error recently but only on cold starts. After the engine is warmed up and i start again i see no errors. I also get a DSC error along with the Transmission Error which also goes away after the car is warm. I did also get an Active Steering error while driving (not on a cold start) which went away after a few starts.


My first thought is that I need a new battery, but other than that, anyone has any idea what else it could be?

You need to scan it and find out what errors are stored in the transmission. Only way to start the diagnosis.
