Another Swirl Flap Thread!!!

Just done my swirl flaps, the inlet was a right state so i gave it a real good clean whilst i was there. The whole job took about 3 hours!!
Well went for a blast and everthing seems the same except the rpm's at idle are now too high, it is sitting as 1300 instead of 800!!!
any of you guys have the same problem or am i missing something?
Help would be appreciated guys

did you make sure you connected all the pipes and wires

Scrub that i forgot to disconnect the battery so ive done it now and reset the car, happy days back to normal

And here we have an answer on question whether to disconnect the battery or not when starting this job.

What price are PMW quoting?
Secondly I told the wife I was just changing a light bulb....(she was none the wiser despite me tinkering for 2 hours in the garage), otherwise I would have needed to spend a day or two explaining what a swirl flap was!!!
