Default Another steering wheel question

Hey guys need your help again. This time regarding the steering wheel.
I've read several threads about the topic but still can't find a clear answer.
I just bought a Msport steering wheel from eBay and it is coming from Germany
Seller states it is before 09/05 cars like mine. This is the part #32346763373 and it comes with airbag also. I have that ugly triangular wheel right now. Is this just plug and play? I mean remove the old wheel and put the new one. Will the module except another airbag
Do I need reprogram it? Does it matter manual or auto trans for airbag?
And also I am thinking to redress this wheel and make it flat bottomed.
Do you know any reputable company that does that kind is service?
This is the wheel I bought

As long as the wheel is the correct year everythinis plug and play. There's a diy on removing the airbag just search that forum, also do a search for the rewrap. It was a topic on here awhile ago.

Thanks for reply. I've been searching for a while, googled it but still can not find the place where it can be done. I emailed the Dallas custom but they sad they do not offer altering the shape of original wheel. All I see it in Germany or Taiwan. If you do not mind could you please provide me with the link to the thread where this was discussed in this forum.
Thx

Sorry, I was talking about the shop in Texas. Have you tried going to M5board and looking there for the flat bottom?

I know that there are some flat bottom wheels on ebay and a few online vendors offer them, can'r remember off the top of my head but it might have been easier to order one like that.

If I find any of things I mentioned, I'll post it here for you.
