Another Newbie Question - CIP

What does CIP stand for and is there a way to check which version is installed? Thanks guys!

I guess the dealer can tell you, but I've not yet heard of anyone knowing the version in his or her car unless the CIP had to be reinstalled. Even then the dealer may tell you the wrong thing. For example, dealers tend to call 19.01 19.1 and 19.02 19.2. And, my dealer told me they had installed 19.01.01 even though there is no such version.
