Annoying Sound, Killing Me!!

This my second post, i have been reading for a quite awhile, see if theres any one have the simular problem with me. the result i could not find any. hehe i decide to start a tread 
its the sound like clicking or cracking ding ding noises when i go in the small bump, but for the larger once its fine.... i just bought my 05 545i about a month ago.... i feel my wallet is shrinking again...... aw... this killing me...

Erm..... forgot the mentioned.... the left lamp MALFUNCTION.... this morning i go in quick a dark turnal with the auto lamp on. is it just the battery didnt have enough power? 
i love the drives, the car is great. just the sound are annoying...
oh... i bought with 95Ks on it so i wonder if the warrenty still on

is it comeing from where your shifter is.. if so i have the same prob.. i brought it to service they could hear anything..
