Angel Eyes parking brake failure

Hi all
Just wondered if anyone knows how to change the parking light bulb for the angle eyes on my e60 ! Ive had a quick look but either you have to have hands the size of a 1 year old or the whole unit has to come out , if so could someone please explain roughly ?

Here is a DIY on youtube and this guy took about 4 minutes to do this and it is very clear.
