Im picking up mine new at the end of the coming week - checking thoses lights work are high on my list, and the acceptance form will be endorsed to indicate they are not (for a free s'ware upgrade) if its the case

Just had my car serviced by dealer back in 22nd, Nov. I was told by dealer that they updated the software to the latest - 23 something. After reading this thread/posts, CIP23 has the Angel eyes LED issue. I just checked my car this evening, LED was working fine.

So, either my dealer lied to me or the version in my car had the fix in already ...

they say it was the latest version - I have yet to pick up my car and confirm the version number (should be ready this Friday). I will update when I know for sure...
